Syllabus: | Development in skills in enterprise and strategic planning/development including feasability and costings, negotiation skills, risk management, change management and work processes and flow. Introduction to ergonomics committee principles and practice including meeting management, project management and evaluation and consultancy. An introduction to health economics, accounting fundamentals, budget planning and development, internal financial controls and monitoring. |
