Syllabus: | The unit places a strong emphasis on the acquisition and demonstration of a high level of understanding of the professional practices, technology and skills appropriate to the fashion textile design industry. An emphasis is placed on the development of independent research skills leading to the design and production of a collection of textiles and/or garments which demonstrate appropriateness in a contemporary industry context. |
