Syllabus: The design process is expanded in this unit in response to, new technology, current trends, fashions, fads and socio group niche demands. Research requirements are to identify and explore within a defined area, the work of practitioners of excellence and design market drivers. Students design proposal will relate to research findings and utilise creative techniques including combination, rearrangement, improvement and invention.
