Syllabus: Further development of physiotherapy competencies in health care provision. Student seminars are held on contemporary topics critical to care provision such as ageing, torture and trauma, Aboriginal health, organ transplants, intellectual disability, domestic violence, cross-cultural health, palliative care, children in families, rural and remote health, altered mental health and HIV/AIDS. Case presentations on typical disorders are discussed to emphasise clinical reasoning using evidence-based practice principles.
