Syllabus: | This unit focuses on the use of scenario thinking as an effective tool for organisations to explore the future business environment. Especially useful for students involved in organisational strategy development, innovation and strategic foresight, this unit explores the theory of scenario thinking, how it contributes to organisational learning and strategy formulation, how to create scenarios and how to action the outcomes of a scenario thinking project. Through lectures, case studies, individual and team assignments, students will have the opportunity to make practical use of the theoretical material covered. |
