Syllabus: | This unit focuses on systematically assessing the business performance needs of organisations, business processes, work teams and individuals, with a view to determining whether significant performance problems exist and identifying their nature and their likely causes. Using models and techniques such as process mapping, flow charting and behavioural observation scales, students are required to work in groups to conduct a performance analysis on a real organisation, and seek to improve and recommend effective solutions to identified problems. |
