Syllabus: | Familiarisation with the basic terminology of philosophy and social psychology in a business and management setting. The theory of dialectics, critical thinking theory, is presented. Students are required to select from a variety of philosophical stances and argue for or against their appropriatness in contemporary business practices. Given introductory input, students will be responsible for researching supporting materials. Guest speakers will present alternative viewpoints. |
