Introduction
This major is designed for students seeking broad careers in the property industry. This major should form part of an appropriate double major in combination with economics, finance, marketing or other appropriate property related disciplines within the University. This course is designed for students seeking a wider range of business skills with some property content. This property major will not be eligible for Australian Property Institute (API) membership at the Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) level. Students completing this major may be eligible for API CPV designation after completing an approved postgraduate program of study.
