Introduction
This course is designed for those who need to better serve the property industry as consultants in their current employment or to make a career switch into property.
Course Entry Requirements/Prequisites
Either a degree in a discipline other than property studies or completion of a Graduate Certificate in Property Investment.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.
Duration and Availability
This course is taught over two years on a part-time basis. The course is not available to international students.
Intermediate Awards 1
A student who has successfully completed the requirements of an approved intermediate award may apply for graduation in that award subject to approval of Head of School/Department. Fees apply. Intermediate award(s) approved for this course are:

Because of the diverse backgrounds of students, some foundation material from economics, law and property analysis are included.
Career Opportunities
Graduates may find ready employment in middle to senior executive positions in organisations having substantial land-based assets including: government departments at all tiers, real estate consulting organisations, investment houses, property trusts, banks, insurance companies, and superannuation funds. Employment might also be found in professions such as urban planning, architecture and quantity surveying.
