Syllabus: The function of property in the world's capital markets, theory and application of property finance at the aggregate capital market level, private and public real estate equity markets, unlisted and listed property trusts (REIT's), private and public property debt markets, mortgage-backed securities, portfolio theory applied to property assets, analysis and valuation of property securities, international property investment and diversification, property investment management, new innovations in property finance, property derivatives, option pricing models, case studies, computer techniques and applications.
