Chemistry of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, steriods, vitamins, prostaglandins, thromboxanes and leukotrienes. Synthetic polymers and their application in a pharmaceutical context. Drug-receptor interactions. Important pharmaceutical-chemical laboratory techniques.
