| Syllabus: | Community development and management principles: applied to implementation of project and work activity; commitment to Indigenous ways of working, in the workplace and in project implementation. Workplace cross-cultural activities: communication, negotiation, human resource skills, dealing with monitoring and implementation issues, upholding Indigenous ways of working, and community development and management principles in decision-making. Financial management: formal and informal monitoring of finances.Legal and management implementation systems and accountability requirements. Indigenous decision-making and control. |
