Syllabus: | Builds upon SW 122 which explored a spectrum of professional practices in working with individual clients. Develops on this through focusing on theoretical frameworks and practice competencies for working with groups and families. The lectures and experiential workshops will initially focus on the development of knowledge, competencies and confidence in group work. An introduction to a variety of theoretical concepts and approaches to practice with a diversity of family types. |
