Syllabus: Insightful and critical understanding of educational evaluation and assessment, relationship and impact on science, mathematics and technology education. Evaluation topics include new directions, formative and summative, goal-free, and utilisation of results. Assessment topics include shifts in practices, current strategies and the need for change, outcomes-based and innovative strategies.
