| Syllabus: | This unit involves a supervised program of in-depth research study in a field of law. The unit is the capstone of Curtin Law School’s Bachelor of Laws (Honours) program, building upon students’ knowledge and research from semester one of the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) program. Students will apply advanced legal writing and oral communication skills to produce and defend a dissertation of an appropriate standard for publication in an academic journal. The unit will require students to explore an issue of legal significance with a high level of rigour and sophistication. |
