Syllabus:

Dissolution and bioavailability. In vivo determination of bioavailability using plasma and urinary data. Bioequivalence of drug products. Antimicrobial preservatives - standards for microbiological quality of pharmaceuticals. Choice of antimicrobial agents in formulated products. Sterilisation - dry and moist heat, sterile products. Radiopharmaceuticals and their use in medicine.
