Syllabus: |
Software engineering projects are selected and undertaken in consultation with a member of the academic staff working in small groups in conjunction with an industry partner or client. Projects are related to the design, implementation and testing of computing systems with associated literature reviews. Team-oriented software engineering processes are applied during all phases of the project. Management activities are undertaken and a range of software engineering tools are applied to resolve problems arising during the execution of the software development process. |
