Operational aspects. Full specification and complete chemical engineering design. Materials of construction, mechanical design, structural support, environmental, Hazard Operability (HAZOP), operability, costing, energy considerations, start-up and shutdown, maintenance, process control and instrumentation and detailed drawing.
