Based on an approach to teacher development which requires you to become well versed in key learning theories and to illustrate such understanding through demonstration of selected teaching skills in students' own teaching situations. Explores elements of reflective practice, constructivist approaches to teaching, motivating adults to learn, learning planning and preparation, flexible delivery as well as practical teaching and training strategies that form the basis of effective teaching. |
