Introduction

This course provides an overview of legal aspects applicable to issues arising out of the Internet. It explores how the area of law and the Internet interact, especially in relation to electronic commerce.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

A bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent. Applications are considered from those without a bachelor degree provided they have significant work experience including at least two years at a recognised level of responsibility.

Duration and Availability

This fee-paying course is one semester full-time or equivalent part-time study. External study is also available.

Additional Course Expenses

Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.
