This course is designed for those who wish to improve their ability to analyse property investments and developments. It is suitable for private investors and developers as well as consultants to the property industry and practising professionals wishing to update their skills.
A degree from a recognised institution in a discipline other than property studies or applicants without a degree or equivalent, but with extensive industry training and work experience.
There is no recognition of prior learning however consideration may be given for unit substitution.
This fee-paying course is one year part-time study and studies can only commence in the first semester of the academic year.
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.
Students are expected to have access to a CD-Rom drive and may incur a cost for personal Internet access.
