This program exposes students to the leading edge of knowledge in information systems and technology as applied in business. It provides high caliber students with the opportunity to further their knowledge in their area of specialisation and an opportunity for possible direct entry into masters and doctor of philosophy programs.

Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.
The course is two years full-time or equivalent part-time study. Students are advised to check with their Course Coordinator about the availability of part-time study.
This honours program is structured to enable extension of analytical and research skills. Students are required to complete advanced units in their area of specialisation and submit a dissertation.
Graduates may apply for membership of the Australian Computer Society.
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.
