Syllabus:

Each student will choose a topic and formulate a research problem of study within a broad area. Group discussion of research techniques and methods most suitable for each topic. Theoretical background reading, formulation of a research design, the preparation of an annotated bibliography, and preliminary data collection.

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have - Enhanced structured thinking and clear logical presentation of knowledge. Developed an understanding of research design and methodology. Increased research skills on primary and secondary information for Asia related business issues. Consolidated oral presentation and written communication skills.
