Recent Australian and overseas research on the breeding, selection, nutrition and cultural management of these crops. |

| Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understood cereal, oilseed and legume crop production in WA. Gained knowledge of plant breeding methods, their advantages and disadvantages. Evaluated recent advances in crop research and analyse and presented their relevance to farming in Western Australia. |
