Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have- The ability to systematically address hazard identification in the workplace and apply this knowledge to develop and use checklists in the workplace. An understanding of the concepts and legal requirements for risk management and apply this knowledge to the workplace. Outlined the key skills and knowledge required for conducting accident investigations and apply this knowledge to the workplace. Developed communication skills in the workplace, both verbal and written through liaison with internal and external customers. Developed skills with regard to production of workplace safety documentation and report writing. |
