Specifications, tendering, insurances, provisional and contingency sums, variations to contract works, adjustments to contract sums, time and delays in contracts, payments, defects in contract works, completion of works, early determination, disputes and financial control.

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- An understanding of the workings and applications of various Standard Forms of Contract. Been introduced to Specifications and Specification writing.
