Syllabus:

Ethics, competitions, practice insurances, consultant relationships, terms of engagement, fees, methods of procurement and delivery of architectural and interior design projects. Statutory authorities and regulations.

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have - An understanding of the Industry and Profession. An understanding of Contractual agreements with Clients and Consultants. An understanding of Site Investigations, Costs and Budgets, Programming and scheduling, Basics of Administering a Contract, Ethics.
