Organisation development - strategies and techniques. Decision making and policy formulation. Power and politics in organisations. Quality of working life, industrial democracy and changing patterns of work.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have the - Ability to demonstrate understanding of a broad range of organisational concepts, including structure, development, decision making and patterns of work. Ability to demonstrate practical application of understanding to analysis of organisational issues.
