Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Demonstrated the ability to describe the structure and function of nucleic acids. Developed the ability to discuss the principles of gene organisation and expression in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Developed the ability to describe the mechanisms for controlling gene expression in cells. |
