Syllabus:Focuses on models of change, survey feedback, organised culture, organisational climate, practitioner values, group processes and OD ethics. Consistent with OD principles the course will be participatory in nature. Students will act as resource providers for the wider group
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will be able to - Define distinguishing features of organizational development as a discipline. Describe three general modes of planned change. Describe the skills, values and ethics underpinning effective OD practice. Describe the steps in conducting a planned process of change. Demonstrate skills in designing and conducting survey feedback processes; List, describe and evaluate five OD interventions. Discuss issues in evaluating OD interventions.
