Syllabus:Managerial and corporate finance. Goals and functions of finance, valuation of the firm, investment in assets and required returns, financing and dividend policies, sources and forms of financing, management of liquidity and current assets.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have- Explained the wide range of skills required of a chief financial officer in a public company.
