| Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have placed Planning Law in an overall context with environmental law. Placed environmental planning in an overall context with land law and land tenure. Studied the existing law of Western Australia relevant to planning, and its roots in early United Kingdom environmental planning law. Considered other areas of law to the extent that they are relevant to environmental planning law and planning practice in Western Australia. |
