Unit Outcomes:	On successful completion of this unit students will have - An introductory understanding of the principles and practices related to management in the modern world - what management is, how management ideas are developed, the environment in which the manager operates and the functions of a manager. An understanding of managerial principles and practices and organisational behaviour issues.
