Unit Outcomes: | Upon completion of this unit students will have developed an understanding of the origins of planning (philosophy, purpose), the evolution of planning in Western Australia and the current planning system in Western Australia. Developed an understanding of subdivision and suburban planning, and local, metropolitan, and non-metropolitan planning. Gained understanding of transport and rural planning and urban design. |
