Syllabus:	Need for project management, elements of successful project management, managing the business case, defining the product, managing time and cost, managing deliverables and tasks, managing resources, risk identification, risk analysis, risk management.
Unit Outcomes:	On successful completion of this unit students will be able to - Apply a project management method to manage a small information systems project including preparing proposals, plans and reports. Participate effectively in a project team. Apply appropriate project management software.
