| Syllabus: | Several presentations by Business Leaders on current issues. Attendance at a minimum of four of these presentations is required during the MLM program. |

| Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Critically selected and integrated the variety of leadership theories explored in the MLM to best improve leadership within the business and social environment. Identified the philosophical assumptions of current leadership practices and used models and theories from the MLM to reflect on ways in which this knowledge can be applied to address the issues and challengers facing our business leaders. Engaged socially with leaders together with the network of MLM and Alumni. |
