Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Evaluated advanced clinical reasoning, evidence based practice, assessment, diagnostics, treatment, management and outcome measures related to chronic pathologies. Developed advanced postgraduatephysiotherapy competencies in clinical reasoning, and evidence based practice related to areas of physiotherapy specialisation. Documented thirty different case histories using the clinical pattern notebook format, related to the clinical competencies associated with chronic pathologies in the area of physiotherapy specialisation. Documented a detailed caseload for 24 months of full-time clinical practice. |

Unit Assessment Breakdown: | Employer's Report will include a detail caseload hours of employment and a performance criteria assessment form. Students will be required to submit 40 detailed different case histories, and to detail their caseload for 24 months of full-time clinical practice. This is a pass/fail assessment. |
