Syllabus:An Introduction to the principles of environmental law. Planning, heritage and mining law, law relating to pollution control, environmental impact assessment and environmental litigation.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understanding of the laws that relate to environmental issues. Become able to critically assess the current law and apply the law to practical situations. Gained an understanding of environmentalprotection laws and sustainable development in business.
