Syllabus:Human resource development practitioners require sound technical knowledge and an ability to effectively communicate with adult learners in training or teaching situations. Presentation and instructional techniques, along with questioning and discussion skills used in training situations will be taught. Demonstration of these skills in simulated training situations forms an integral part of this unit.
 
Unit Outcomes: To introduce students to the purposes, processes, problems and values issues related to various training techniques.
