Syllabus:Individual and organisational role development. Mind mapping and career planning are used to assist professional role development, goal setting and critical thinking. Reflective practice, clinical experiential learning and journal writing for self development are used to develop the students understanding of individual goal setting.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have - Reviewed their current job descriptions and role statement within their organisations. Described current work patterns and responsibilities. Identified personal learning outcomes for individual professional development. Accessed relevant resources to support professional development. Identified a process of reflective practice to critically evaluate professional learning. Alligned individual job descriptions with current organisational role.
