Syllabus:Research methods with particular emphasis on action research - project management, frameworks for understanding problem solving, SSM and action research. Keeping a diary and journal of learning experiences. Change Management - managing clients, managing projects, managing a dissertation.
 
Unit Outcomes: To engage students in a real world project. To demonstrate the relevance of the role of E-Commerce Concepts, Models, Frameworks and Methodologies in a real world project. To develop students' project skills in a live situation. To develop students abstract thinking skills and powers of critical self reflection.
