| Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will - Have an understanding of group processes and group development. Be able to design simple groups for training and work purposes. Understand the purpose of group development strategies. Understand the relevance of group work to a range of work and training settings. Have developed resources to enable them to plan and facilitate work and training groups. |
