Syllabus: | Groundwater resources hydrogeological evaluation, aquifer testing and flow-net analysis. Well field design studies, groundwater basins concepts for groundwater resources management and hydrogeological modelling for management and predictions. Some legal aspects of resource management, salinization, recycling, urban and industrial development. |

Unit Outcomes: | Upon completion of this unit students will have - Developed a sound understanding of importance, quantitative assessment and management of groundwater resources. |
