| Syllabus: | Each student will prepare an independent project on one major aspect of agribusiness, under the direction of a senior staff member. Completion of a detailed review of the relevant literature under the guidance of the supervisor. Development of the necessary research and analytical skills that are required to assemble, analyse results and write-up of dissertation. A final seminar will be presented in the final stages of the project |

| Unit Outcomes: | Execute a project designed by the student. Assemble, analyse and discuss the results of the project. Evaluate the significance of the conclusions drawn from the project. Present a seminar that outlines the main features and findings of the project and defend the presentation. Demonstrate an ability to carry out a research project and prepare a suitable report on the project. |
