| Unit Outcomes: | Upon completion of this unit students will have gained an understanding of the theory of real property valuation, knowledge of key elements of a valuation and the ability to produce a suitable report containing that information. Developed a competency inundertaking all field work and research required to complete a valuation report, and demonstrated that competence. |
