| Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of the structures, policy and practice of VET. Used the language of VET policy. Demonstrated a knowledge of the workplace and practices associated with training in the workplace. Established effective partnerships with local business, industry and community organisations. Demonstrated a knowledge of the factors which have shaped current VET policy. Outlined the elements of the Australian training reform agenda. Evaluated the implications and impact of current and future initiatives on VET in schools. Applied knowledge of VET policy to the implementation of a VET in schools program. |
