Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will be able to - Competently take and document a client's health history. Adapt the history and physical assessment to suit a particular client population (newborn - elderly). Perform an integrated physicalassessment of an adult client. Identify normal findings and deviations requiring referral. Document assessment findings and write nursing diagnoses. |
