Syllabus:Community development and management principles - applied to implementation of project and work activity, commitment to indigenous ways of working, in the workplace and in project implementation. Workplace cross-cultural activities - communication, negotiation, human resource skills, dealing with monitoring and implementation issues, upholding indigenous ways of working and community development and management principles in decision-making. Financial management - formal and informal monitoring of finances. Legal and management implementation systems and accountability requirements. Indigenous decision-making and control.

Applied principles of self-management in the workplace and community settings. Explained the use of financial management principles in the workplace and community settings. Applied project implementation processes in the workplace or community settings. Explained the use of community development and management principles in the workplace and in project implementation. Analysed and responded to policy issues arising from the implementation of a project.
