Syllabus: | Introduction to the teaching models of Renzulli, Williams, Parnes, Maker and Bloom. Curriculum differentiation to meet the learning needs of gifted students. Inclusive education practices and structure at individual, classroom, grade, school and district levels. Developing school policies. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have understood and applied several teaching models. Identified management issues when implementing a differentiated program. Collaborated with a school and student in order to develop a program of work. Increased thier understanging of the need for challenging and stimulating work commensurate with the intellectual level of the students. |
