Syllabus:Conduct of literature searches, design of experiments, management and scheduling of investigations, report writing an oral presentation of results. The conduct of a supervised research project and preparation and submission of a dissertation.
 
Unit Outcomes: On completion of the Honours Dissertation a student will have received a sound appreciation in the methodology of research in the forensic sciences, and will have acquired the skills needed for writing a major scientific report.
